How productive can we be at work if we are chronically stressed? It’s time for the big business models to incorporate wellness programs (like yoga breaks and meditation rooms) and behavior therapy/counseling for their employees.
It’s not only better mind-body health, it’s an investment in the future. Chronic stress leads to chronic health problems, shorter lives, and less work productivity.
